Kehittyäksemme ratsastajana ja ratsukkona
tarvitsemme hyvän tiimin ympärillemme. Perheen tuki, valmentaja, ja
taloudellinen tuki tulisi olla kunnossa ja laadukasta jotta asiat toimivat.
Perheen ja ystävien tuki on tärkeää jotta jaksaa henkisesti ja tietää saavansa
tukea tarvittaessa vaikeissakin tilanteissa. Valmentajan tulee tietenkin olla
pätevä, mutta tämän lisäksi on äärimmäisen tärkeää että henkilökemiat sopivat
yhteen, jotta valmennus on mukavaa, luottamuksellista ja laadukasta.
Valmentajan kanssa tulee pystyä puhumaan vaikeistakin asioista ja valmentajaan
tulee pystyä luottamaan. Valmentajan kanssa tulee myös asettaa tavoitteet ja
laatia paperille tai tietokoneelle suunnitelma siitä miten taviotteeseen
päästään. Tähän voi käyttää esimerkiksi Coach4Pron ohjelmaa.Jos matkan varrella
tulee komplikaatioita niin jälleen istutaan alas ja mietitään miten
suunnitelmaa muutetaan. Taloudellinen tuki on äärimmäisen tärkeä, sillä ilman
sitä lajia ei voi harrastaa. Taloudellinen tuki tulee usein perheeltä, etenkin
nuorilla ratsastajilla. Itselläni taloudellista tukea ei juurikaan tule
perheeltä, ja sen takia sponsoreiden etsiminen on minulla isossa roolissa
pakettini rakentamisessa ja unelmien toteutumisen matkalla.
Laji vaatii paljon, se vaatii ison tiimin,
kovaa tahto ja uskoa itseensä sekä ison taloudellisen tuen. Ratsastuksessa
maksaa Hevonen ja sen ylläpito, omat ja hevosen varusteet sekä valmennus ja
kilpailukulut. Liikkumisen mahdollistamiseksi täytyy myös olla auto jolla
hevosta voi kuljettaa kisoihin, eläinlääkärille, mahdollisiin demoihin ja
harjoituksiin. Itse sain vaihdettua auton veto kyvylliseen noin kuukausi
sitten, kiitos Laakkosen tuesta auton hankinnan yhteydessä. Trailerin vuokraan
aina tarvittaessa.
Laji on monipuolinen ja monimuotoinen ja tämän
takia hyvä tiimi ja taustatuki on erittäin tärkeä. Tämän paketin palasia
rakentelen tällä hetkellä pala palalta. Matkaa on vielä jäljellä ja haasteita
riittää, mutta pitkälle on tultu muutamassa kuukaudessa, jolloin olen
aktiivisesti lähtenyt muuttamaan pakettiani tavoittellisemmaksi ja
ammattimaisemmaksi.
Tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi säilytä usko ja
tee kovasti töitä. Ja muista nauttia matkasta!
Finding
a good team
To become better as riders we need a good team
around us. Support from our family, a good couch and economical support needs
to be in order and of good quality so that things can go well. Support from
friends and family is important so that we manage mentally and know we get
support even in the most difficult situations.
The coach needs to be competent, but on top of
this its important that the chemistry works between the athlete and the coach,
so that training is fun, confidential and high quality. You shoudl be able to
talk to your coach also about difficult things and you need to be able to trust
your coach. With your coach you set the goals, and make a plan on paper or on
the computer how to get there. For this purpose you can use for example
Coach4Pros program. If you get comploications on the way, you sit down again
and think how you change the plan.
Economical support is essential, without it
you can not do this sport. The financial support comes often from the family,
especially for young riders. I my self don´t really get any economical support
from my family, and thats why finding sponsors is in a big role for me while
building this puzzle and going towards my dreams.
This sport requires a lot, it requires a big
team, a hard will and believe in your self and a big economical support. In
riding what costs is the horse and maintenance of the horse, your own and the
horses equipment, your coach and competition fees. In order to be able to move
around you also need a car that you can move your horse around with to
competitions, veterinarian, to possibile demos and trainings. I my self managed
to change my car about a month ago, so now I can have the trailer after my car.

The sport is versatile and diverse and beacause
of this, having a good team behind you is essential. The parts of this puzzle
is what I´m working on now, piece by piece. I still have a long way to go and
many challenges on the way. But I have come a long way in that few months that
I have been working on this puzzle and changing everything to a more
goal-directed and more professional direction.
Get to your goal by keeping the faith and
